3. We review the miscellanious items and again you choose the ones that fit your needs.
4. We create an estimate using the selections you have just made and give you the different payment options.
5. You determine how much you want to spend and choose the pre-funding option that fits your budget.
6. Then we fill out paperwork as to put everything in writing. This is the only price that you will ever pay for the services you have selected. there is no additional cost to you, your heirs or your estate. The funds are transferable to any funeral home. The death benefit is paid to the performing funeral establishment.

Idaho State law requires that a Funeral Director use a third party investment fund for all preneed transactions. Therefore Demaray's uses an insurance company devoted entirely to preneed planning. The purpose for using a third pary is so the interest that is earned on the insurance policy is used to offset what effects inflation may have had from the time that the plan was first established to the date that the services and merchandise is provided by the funeral home.
